In order to protect customers’ right and interests, Trust Online Banking will stop network security protocol for TLS (Transport Layer Security) 1.1 from 15th of March, 2019. Using the Windows XP operating system and the browser version with a low security level will not be able to use Trust Online Banking. It’s recommended upgrading your Operation System(OS) to Windows7 and Internet Explorer (IE) to the latest updated version and check the setup to enable TLS1.2 (and above) of circumstance to prevent the failure of login or opening browser.

*Trust Online Banking ONLY supports Internet Explorer (IE) and the version of IE suggested to 9.0 or newer version. To ensure the browser run normally, please refer to the IE Circumstance Setup .
